Last week in a letter to the editor the writer stated “I don’t believe Brett Kavanaugh. I think he is lying.”
This was the writer’s opinion based on watching TV. I’m sure many people agreed with him and many do not.

After reading the news of new Enterprise ownership, I wanted to add my congratulations to the current owners for a job well done.
When the Enterprise changed hands over 20 years ago, I was concerned that my favorite local news source would not meet our County’s high expectations.
Ironman bad idea

Reader's Forum: If children could vote . . .
If our children had a voice at the ballot box our representatives might be paying more attention to them.
Sound bites don’t pass for political dialogue
Politicians love to craft words or slogans that help them advance their agenda especially during an election year. Former Gov. Jim Blanchard latched onto “Jobs. Jobs. Job.” His opponent John Engler was infamous for whipping out a lousy nickel to demonstrate how much money you got a week in property tax relief from Mr. Blanchard.
Correction:
A recent listing given of the owners of the Enterprise was not complete. Don Gordon and E.J. Ziebell owned the paper from 1952 through 1966, when Gordon sold his half of the business to Ziebell and son-in-law Clifford Egeler.
