Judge candidate is ethical, has experience
To the editor:
Candidate a good listener, well prepared
To the editor:
I am endorsing Casey Noonan for County Commissioner of district 6. Casey has performed very well in the past term and has shown his peers on the commission he is a good listener, is very well prepared, a good leader, and represents his district in a very professional manner.
Democrats stop judge from getting a fair hearing
To the editor:
It is apparent that the Democrats wild everything by any means to gain back power. From the beginning, the Senate Judiciary Committee has been under siege from Democrats. They were not interested in providing a fair hearing for Judge Brett Kavanaugh, out to destroy his nomination.
Candidate known as courageous, caring
To the editor:
I’ve known Kathy Wiejaczka for over 30 years. I’m amazed at her dedication to putting people first. Kathy is one of the most courageous and caring individuals I have met.
Long ‘best qualified’ for judgeship
To the editor:
Candidate knows about county issues
To the editor:
Response to rebuttal
To the editor:
Candidate ‘trusted, and admired’
To the editor:
Marian Kromkowski is the candidate best qualified to be our next Probate Court judge.
She has the special quality for this job in that she listens to both sides. She was nominated by the other party when a close relative of mine had a situation that needed mediation.
Experience counts in Probate race
To the editor:
We believe “experience counts” in the up-coming race for probate judge. Michael Long has experience in all facets of the law: police officer, defense attorney, mediator, guardian ad litem and tribal judge for 5 years.
We are voting for Mike Long. We encourage you to, also.
Attorney supports Kromkowski
To the editor:
I am a resident of Cedar, a retired attorney, and have known Marian Kromkowski for the past 30 years. I strongly support Marian’s candidacy for Leelanau Probate Judge.
Vote YES on Prop 2
Community service important to candidate
To the editor:
You can’t go wrong with Mike Long!
I have known Mike Long for many years and can speak to his fine character. Our families have been lifelong friends and we know him to be honest, trustworthy, hard-working, caring and always a team player.
End procrastination by voting for candidate
To the editor:
Candidate good on word with bagpiper
To the editor:
Candidate brings moral compass
To the editor:
As independent voters who seek to obtain truthful, in-depth information about candidates who will best represent us, we are pleased the Kathy Wiejaczka is our 101st District candidate. Having known and worked with Kathy, she impresses with her intelligence, work ethic and her exemplary moral compass.
Vote ‘yes’ on Prop 2
To the editor:
A vote will create an Independent Citizens Redistricting Commission.
Voters need to pick their elected officials, not politicians picking their voters.
